09 CO Archery Buck (pics)

Just got back from 11 days in the CO wilderness chasing those alpine velvet covered mule deer. Ended up with this old massive buck with short tine length. he's 29.5" wide, 20" of mass per side, 4" eye-guards, and a nice little cheater on his left side. He'll gross in the 1 low 170's and net in the 160's.

My hunting partner's buck is a narrow (22") but long tine buck that will score in the 150's. The hunt was great......until we had to pack out all the meat, cape and antlers........92 pounds in my pack.......I need a horse!
