Are those laser cartridges any good for sighting in rifles? If so, does Sportsman warehouse sell it?

You must mean a bore sight. There only good when your mounting a scope on the rifle to get the reticle close enough with the muzzle so you can hopefully get your shots on paper enouigh to adjust youe windage and elevation. If you take your gun and scope to a gun smith or sportsman they can do it for you there with a bore sight so you dont have to purchase one.
After you get it bore sighted you need a lead sled gun vise to dial in the scope. The gun vise takes away all user error when dialing in a scope.

Yeah those laser sights are really good to bore sight your rifle, but in my opinion not worth the price (like $100). Some brands are even caliber specific, so you'd have to buy a different one every time you put a scope on a new gun. IMO, it's best to just do it the old fashioned way by taking out the bolt and looking down the barrel.

The best way I have found is to put your rifle on sand bags or a lead sled take the bolt out and look down the barrel then the adjust the scope to hit where the barrel is aiming. I usually start out at 25 yards to get it on paper quick.
