Mechanical will fly just like your field tips. But mechanicals are not good to shoot Elk and deer with........ Stick with the 3 blade heads

When it gets near archery season I only practice with three blade broadheads. They will always fly differently than your field tips you just sight your bow in for broadheads and only shoot them. Longshooter is right about the mech. broadheads, they can sometimes have problems with penetration especially on elk.

Unless your bow is perfectly tuned and the spine is an exact match, your broadheads may group slightly different unless you're shooting some of the short stubby BH's like Slick Tricks or Wac'ems.

I'd move the sight if the 2 groups are roughly the same size.
