Hello all,

I was lucky enough to tag an elk during the archery season and the game processor up in Payson did not have the means to make summer sausage. Does anybody know of a place here in the valley that does. I live on the westside of town. I heard of a place in Queen creek that does make it, just don't want to drive out there if I don't have to. I appreciate the help.

The place in QC is the only place in town that I have used and they do an awesome job, definately worth the drive. They make pretty much any type of sausage you can think of.

What do you need to take them to have it made? A bunch of ground or what?

Thanks for the help guys. I will give Denmark sausage (75th ave and Olive) a try.

Tomi: You need to bring boneless meat. Ground, roasts, whatever you want to bring them, but it must be boneless. They will add 1/3 pork to whatever you bring.

Thanks Smokie, I was just at Sportsmans and picked up a kit to make my own. I think I will pick up a little pork and try to make a tube or two to see how it turns out.
